The Bear and the Sunflowers

This encaustic painting is the connection between the Black Bear and the Sunflowers, which gift us with their presence in the Highlands-Cashiers Plateau.

The Black Bear symbolizes character traits of resourcefulness, patience, and determination, while the Sunflower is known for exemplifying loyalty, enlightenment, and spiritual awakening.

I love interweaving the exemplary attributes of both beings as these traits are what each of us aspire to be.
