Continuing with my series on the theme “Refuge,“ I created this encaustic painting, “Nap Time.”

“Nap Time” is a simple gift we give ourselves.

It is an offering we bestow to our body and spirit to rejuvenate if only for a few precious moments, yet it does wonders for our health and soul.
